Smart cars,Intelligent Highways

Smart cars are a typo of cars very,very intelligent and high end cars these are expensive cars and use computer and some typo of ships and for that reason it's cars are more expensive than others,because are very different.             I think that Dominican Republic never will be prepared for something like that because the way and the drivers or the people never known what are doing on the street.                                                        I am meaning that not all person them are prepared for this typo of carriage.thats the problem:
